Baseline eGFRs 36.4±7.0 35.0±6.2 mL/min/1.73 (P<0.001), degree proteinuria was found be statically significant as compared this cohort. During median follow-up 2.9 years, (22.3% men) developed while 7.2 % died. adjusted risks ESKD higher cohort. The decline evident across stages women. slop rapid (−2.9; 95% CI, −2.9 −1.66 per year) (−1.7; −1.92 −1.55 year; P<0.001). Although differences not different (P=0.3), difference slopes progressively larger >0.5g/d (P = 0.04) Conclusion Elderly have steeper along indicating that mean GFR slower men, independent health status.
